Our lovely family owned caravan has central heating, double glazing, three bedrooms and sleeps up to eight. One bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe the other two each have two single beds and wardrobe. In the lounge is a double pull-out bed. In the kitchen there is a gas cooker with grill, microwave, fridge, ironing facilities and all kitchen equipment. A vacum cleaner and some cleaning products are provided. There is a shower room with basin and toilet. There is comfy seating in the lounge, plus TV/DVD player, electric flame effect heater and a selection of games, books and DVDs. Bedding and bed linen is provided, but please bring your own towels and tea towels. Some refreshment, tea/coffee/soft drink is provided for your arrival. Pets are not allowed and strictly no smoking in the caravan. Passes are not included. Please contact the holiday park for details about passes. BOOKINGS ARE TAKEN FOR: WEEKS 3 NIGHTS 4 NIGHTS PRICES VARY ACCORDING TO SEASON AND LENGTH OF STAY. DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL IT HAS BECOME NECESSARY TO TAKE A DAMAGE DEPOSIT WHICH WILL BE REFUNDED WHEN THE CARAVAN IS CHECKED AFTER YOUR STAY. WE FULLY EXPECT NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR, ACCIDENTS AND BREAKAGES WILL HAPPEN AND WILL NOT BE DEDUCTED FROM THE DEPOSIT HOWEVER DAMAGE CAUSED AS A RESULT OF MISUSE WILL RESULT IN A DEDUCTION FROM THE DAMAGE DEPOSIT. Valley Farm Holiday Park has lots of activities and entertainment for all ages, including indoor and outdoor heated pools, water sports programme, playground, sauna, amusements, bingo, great cabaret nights and an adults only bar. There is also a food court, cafe, takeaway, fish and chip shop, sports bar with large screen TV, a park shop (orders taken for baking of fresh bread), launderette and a hairdresser with some beauty treatments. In the Valley Side Show Bar there's entertainment for little ones from Sparky's Krew, and 'The Mix' for older ones. The cabaret is especially great entertainment in peak season and there are plenty of games and competitions. Valley Farm is very well situated for all local amenities; a bus stop, train station, taxis, Clacton, Walton on the Naze, Frinton, lovely nearby beaches, and of course the pier and lots of seaside amusements. If you would like to travel a little further afield there are many interesting places to visit, such as Colchester with its Roman history, castle and amazing zoo.
